Background and aims: Prioritizing research fields prevents waste of budgets and increase efficacy of research. Paying attention to Health of employees and workers is necessary for promoting Health and sustainable development in the country. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the research priorities in the field of Occupational Health in Iran.Methods: The present study was explorative and qualitative research. In order to determine the research priorities in the field of Occupational Health the COHRED model was used. Data collection was done by review of the literature, obtaining the views of experts (by interview and Delphi technique) and collecting statistics from relevant officials. Priority setting was done in two stages and based on Delphi technique. In this research out of 70 identified research centers, 22 participated in the study. Descriptive statistics including mean (SD) and frequency (percentage) was used to analysis the data.Results: Results of this study showed that musculoskeletal disorders and injuries had the highest research priority in Iran. The occupation of workers in mine and industries had the highest research priority. Also three indicators of equity in service provision, work security and Healthy life style had the highest research priority among the social determinants of Health for workers.Conclusion: The research was an attempt to identify research priorities in different areas of Occupational Health research which can be used as a tool for decision makers in distribution of resources.

Objective (s): Maintaining and enhancing the Health levels of employees within organizations is considered one of the most essential prerequisites for the survival and development of any organization. Health data is among the most essential and valuable assets globally, and the design of efficient Occupational Health assessment systems is an inevitable necessity. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a Health assessment model for members of the Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR). Methods: This qualitative study was carried out through a review of documents, international reports, national records, and semi-structured interviews with experts in the field of Occupational Health. Data analysis was performed using qualitative content analysis. Results: The study results led to the development of a conceptual model for Occupational Health assessment, the identification of key Occupational Health indicators, the establishment of assessment tools, and the formulation of an executive guideline. Conclusion: The proposed model can serve as a strategic framework for assessment the Health of human resources in academic institutions. It is recommended that the necessary infrastructure for collecting Health-related data be strengthened to facilitate the implementation of this model.

Occupational injuries have several psychological, economic, social, and institutional consequences. Agriculture is a high-risk industry, but Occupational injuries are mainly rooted in the behavior of farmers. The present study was conducted using the qualitative approach and the grounded theory method. The study population included members of the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Occupational Health of the School of Medical Science, agricultural experts, Occupational Health experts, and farmers who were selected through snowball sampling in Kermanshah province in western Iran. The data was collected through interviews. The findings showed that cognitive, personal management, cultural, organizational and economic factors affect agricultural Occupational Health behavior. In the research model, Healthy growers, Healthy products, and Healthy society were the consequences of the use of appropriate strategies for agricultural Occupational Health behavior. Designing a native model of Healthy behavior to promote Occupational Health is a step towards reducing injuries among farmers.
